That time of the year... resolutions.

Happy New Year everyone! All the best wishes often come with mindful resolutions. Are you making some positive changes, setting up goals or have you resolved to never make New Year's resolutions after too many disappointing tentatives?

It's said that to succeed you need to really want it! A common mistakes that people tend to make before they even start to get into their New Year resolutions, is to think about what they "should" do, rather than what they really want to do. Or even think about what they should stop doing, rather than what they actually want to achieve. That's something to remember when articulating and processing your thoughts. We need to really consider what we want, rather than what you should do or should stop doing. Let's get committed.

Easier said then done... I know.

Anyway, every year I seem to set myself up with the same commitment. Not always easy to measure my success but it's a guidance for the year to come. 2017, I will be the best mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend I can. The best me I can.

To do that, I need/WANT to get back into The (6-minute) Miracle Morning - HalElrod.com - it's been so good to me. Helped me focus and get my priority straight in the morning. Have you read my blog post - Miracle Morning: 6 minutes to change your life. The most common New Year's resolution is to stay fit and healthy. I agree that would be good and should be a priority. I just find out about Health Lab in Spinneys. I think those little proteins balls are gonna do the trick. Clean and nourishing protein balls, 100% natural to help fight sugar cravings, boost the metabolism, immune system, regulate the metabolism, build lean muscles and manage hunger levels. Sounds good to me.

Wish you all the best with your new commitments and exciting goals! Make the most of 2017! Love to you all.
